Introduction
In September 2003, there is a new curriculum implemented in
schools commencing. It will replace the original curriculum for
computer studies and curriculum for information technology.
There are four electives included in new curriculum. One of the
electives is Organisation of Computer.
In this report, I will focus on the basic concepts of operating a
personal computer, the possibility of upgrading personal
computers and the main components of a personal computer.
Also, a report of the performance of different personal
computers assembled by different computer parts such as
display card, CPU, RAM, etc. will be shown.
All in all, the organization of a personal computer is a must for
the students to understand.
